Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween everyone! Hope it's all treats and no tricks.
I made this super quick pumpkin ornament out of a clear ball, orange package shreds, and a black sharpie. I tried to make the eyes and nose look like witches hats :)

Snowflakes

I made the folded rosette embellishments with the Winter Frost paper and scallop punch, inks Pool Party and Indigo. These are going into my box for OWH. If they weren't for the troops I would definitely add some Dazzling Diamonds to accent the snowflakes :) No glitter for OWH cards though.
Sentiment from old SU set Trim The Tree.

Printable Banners

I'm not terribly familiar with digital images or printables so I thought I would try it. These made some cute and quick thank you cards. The banner was from Love The Day.com and the rest of the supplies are Stampin' Up! Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder with Sahara Sand and Cherry Cobbler cardstocks, Flower Shop stamp embossed in pewter and espresso baker's twine.

Natural Wetlands

All Stampin' Up! supplies. Natural Composition specialty paper with Wetlands stamp set and burlap ribbon.

Silver and Blue

While I still had the Stampin' Up! Live Your Dream set out on my desk, I thought I would make one more card with it before putting it back in storage. I was inspired by a card I saw in the store using these colors and a similar layout. Card base is Bashful Blue with silver embossing. Bottom panel is Leaves a la Carte embossed in white and Trimtastic in silver, matted with Brushed Silver. Papillion Potpourri butterfly with Wildflower Morning stamp sets also used. Whisper White taffeta ribbon and half pearls to embellish.

Live Your Dream

I love this older Stampin' Up! Live Your Dream set and the textured designer paper from a few years back. I stamped the image on Groovy Guava in white craft ink and made a matching slide in thank you tag for the fan quilt style pocket.

Candy Bar Wrapper

Another find in my half prepared project box were several of these cut and scored candy bar wrappers. So easy to assemble, all you have to do is slide the large candy bar in and pass out to your favorite trick or treaters! The black piece of cardstock is 7 1/4" x 5 1/2", scored down long sides at 1 1/2" and 4" for most standard sized bars. Adhere at bottom and run through crimper at bottom to seal and give it the look of a real candy bar wrapper. Decorate the rest as desired. All stamps are retired Stampin' Up!

Mystery Box ingredients

I've been working from one of my many mystery boxes of half completed card images and pieces, many of them were from previous SU workshops. It's fun to mix the old with the new for a whole new look on some of them. Since some of these go back some, I may not have all of the info, but you can always improvise with what you have in stock.
1. Papillion Potpourri on Well Worn Words background, sentiment unknown. Colors: Pretty In Pink, Espresso, and Whisper White.
2. Celebrate Everything and unknown SU floral, Brushed Silver and Pixie Pink cardstocks.
3. Scandinavian Season stamp with Ski Slope paper, white taffeta ribbon.
4. In The Spotlight and Lovely Romance stamp sets, Not Quite Navy and Purely Pomegranate cardstocks.
5. Scandinavian Season and mixed sentiments, Olive and Chocolate cardstocks, Ski Slope paper.
