Pennant Parade

Another sneak peek of an upcoming Stampin' Up set from the new catalog.
I stamped the cone in More Mustard, sentiment is from Perfect Punches. Colors Whisper White, Poppy, Pretty In Pink, Pink Pirouette, Crumb Cake, and Celery using a 3/4" and 1" circle punch. Cherry is from Cupcake punch. You could also do the ice cream with the icing part of this punch :) Ribbon is Real Red taffeta.
Drippy Goo punch by Martha Stewart.
